Proposed Victory Village Veteran’s Housing Community - Jurupa Valley, California

KES Homes is proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity Riverside and has worked on several projects for the Riverside chapter of the nonprofit housing organization working to provide safe, affordable housing in the local community.

Representative projects include:

• Planned Victory Village community with 26 single-family homes designed for veterans in Jurupa Valley.

• Completion of 2 new houses in San Bernardino.

• Construction of an additional single family house in San Bernardino.

• Working on the complete entitlements for, and then construction of the proposed Garden Street community providing 15 homes in Riverside with 7 single family homes and 8 attached units configured as duplexes.
